It takes courage to grow up and become who you really are.
- E.E. Cummings -

I am passionate about people. All people.

Human stories, in all their complexity and diversity can heal, transform and breed compassion. I've dedicated my life to them.

As a professional actor in NYC and throughout the country for the last 30 years, I've taken that passion and worked with incarcerated adults and youth and the most vulnerable elderly. I've taught youth playwriting and facilitated sessions on compassion. I am a teaching artist and I coach actors and other professionals to find their true voice and most authentic selves.

I have had the privilege of watching people, when given the space, even in the most unlikely circumstances, live 100% aligned with themselves. It's like watching a miracle. Even if that moment is fleeting, it allows a soul to see and recognize its unending brilliance. It may get clouded or go on an extended vacation, but it never leaves. It is imprinted.

There is a way to live more consistently in that place. We are all perfectly imperfect. Underneath the stories and wounds, we are all whole.

All of my experiences have led me here and I have found such intense joy and purpose holding space and guiding people toward their goals, by go
ing inward, to move forward. I have watched people transform, gain awareness, liberate themselves and go from "Who am I?" to "Here I am!"
